Happy 12th Birthday Kimberly!

My beautiful granddaughter Kimberly is turning 12 on Sept 16 and when I saw this adorable stamp Bossy by Mo Manning at http://digitalpenciltoo.com/ I just fell in love.
These stamps are so cute and you get them immediately by download
and you can make them any size you like.
I also came across Maddy Hill's blog http://madimaginations.blogspot.com/ this is one talented lady. Her sculptures in fimo clay are beautiful! I decided to give it a try ( as you can see above). For a Special Friend!

One of my very dear friends has been going thru quite a struggle for the last few weeks and I wanted to let her know that she is in my prayers so I created this little card that I hope will put a smile on her face and a little joy in her heart!
I really enjoyed making the flowers on this card....sooo much fun! I found the tutorial on StampArtic under Marianne's flowers. This is a wonderful site for all card makers. The flowers are made using the retro flower punches by paper shapers, the butterflies are a Martha Stewart punch.

I colored this darling little Tilda with distress inks and Twinkling H20's which I learned
from Kathy over at Distressed Stamper
She does the most awesome job coloring with these sparkling paints and her cards are gorgeous!
Thanks so much for visiting and have a Blessed week!

Guest DT Card for Lovely hAnglar Only

I was so excited a few weeks ago to win the sketch challenge over at
the Lovely hAnglar Only Blog and also asked to be a guest designer for challenges 5 & 6.
This is such an honor and a blessing! Thank You So Much!!

Challenge #5 is LACE.
You may use any type of lace you choose.....fabric lace, border punch lace,
cutting die lace, use your imagination ladies, this one can be sooo much fun!

I decided to make a freindship card which is my favorite to make.......I like to bless my
friends for no special reason .....just because!

I have colored  this darling little girl with distress inks.  The papers are Bazzill and Melissa Gilbert and I have distressed the edges and used lots of star dust stickles on them.  I love to hide little messages in my cards and this new doohickey tag from Magnolia Stamps was just perfect. The flowers are from
Wild Orchid Crafts and Michaels. The circle sentiment is from Designer Digitals.

Thank you for visiting and have a very blessed week!
